‘Better Shed than Dead’ highly recommended documentary

Highly recommended viewing:

‘Better Shed than Dead’ 46 minute documentary in four parts, looking at the role and very recent development of Men’s Sheds in the UK, first broadcast in the UK on 7 Nov 2014.

The documentary looks at a wide range of projects across the UK, in Lancashire, Kent, Devon, Nottinghamshire, London and Hampshire and includes interviews with academics, funding organisations, and most importantly the ‘shedders’ themselves who often see their attendance as a crucial lifeline.
